Another way to write linear equations is by using the Point-Slope form. This form may be used when the slope of the line and a point in the line are given.

We wrapped up the last chapter (Chapter 4) with a sorting activity and started Chapter  5 in today's class. We sorted  relations in various forms (graphs, table of values and mapping diagrams) as functions or not functions. We then went on to start  the next chapter which is on writing linear equations.
