Homework: Complete the discriminant activity that we started in class. It is due back beginning of class tomorrow.

Quiz tomorrow on solving quadratic equations using the quadratic formula and finding the discriminant and how it is used to determine number of real number solutions and number of x-intercepts.

Today, we learned what a quadratic equation's discriminant  is and when and how we use them.
We built a foldable to show the differences between equations, their number of solutions and number of x-intercepts according to their discriminant.
