Quiz 8.1 & 8.2
The class took the quiz on multiplication properties of exponents and zero & negative exponents.

8.2 Zero and Negative Exponents
The class went over the patterns involved in generating different values of powers if the bases are the same. This pattern was used to come up with the answers for powers with negative and zero exponents.
There will be a quiz on lessons 8.1 and 8.2 tomorrow.

8.1 Multiplication Properties of Exponents
We started Chapter 8 today with the discussion on the three multiplication properties of exponents: Product of powers, powers of a power and power of a product. We will continue with zero exponents and negative exponents tomorrow.
