The last class discussion of the year is a review of the last three chapters that will be covered on the final exam. The homework offers more practice to help you prepare for the final exam.

A little bit of review for the test tomorrow and the first part of the review for the final exam.
There will be a test tomorrow on factoring polynomials (by GCF), Using Zero Product Property to solve and solving and graphing compound inequalities.

Wed., 12/1/13 Projects Redos and Review Sheet

The last project (Rules-of-Four) was graded and  returned. The students may make improve on their projects for better grade. A copy of the project description and sample page was given as well as new graphs. The deadline for resubmission is Tuesday, 12/17.

Thurs., 12/5/13 - Extra Practice on Solving and Factoring

There was a substitute teacher today.

The students worked on a set of problems that were similar to yesterday's review problems.  This assignment  may be                      completed for homework and is due tomorrow.

Wed., 12/4/13 - Review Solving Equations and Factoring

Zero Product Property

As a preview to Lesson 17, the following reviews were given: solving two-step linear equations and solving quadratic equations by finding square roots, zero product property, and factoring common factors.
